Upgrade from an earlier version

Already using the free SimpleWaterfall visual? Upgrade your reports to SimpleWaterfall Pro for board-ready controls, ongoing fixes, new features and dedicated support.

  1. Get SimpleWaterfall Pro from AppSource, as described in Install the visual. Your Microsoft 365 admin buys and assigns the licences
  2. If an existing visual does not refresh, switch it to another visual type (for example a table), then back to SimpleWaterfall Pro
  3. Right-click the visual icon to confirm the version number
The visual will not work until a licence has been assigned to you. If Get more visuals is missing or blocked, ask your Power BI admin to allow visuals from AppSource.
