Simple Waterfall Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets out the data privacy practices of Datanomy Technologies Limited (“Datanomy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in relation to the use of Simple Waterfall, a free Power BI visual available on the Microsoft Power Platform. By using Simple Waterfall, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

1. No Collection of Personal Data
   Datanomy does not collect, store, process, or have access to any personal information, (“Customer Data”), or device-related data in connection with your use of Simple Waterfall or any of our applications, including visualizations.

2. No Data Sharing or Disclosure
   We do not collect, share, sell, or otherwise disclose any user data to third parties. Simple Waterfall operates independently and does not track, monitor, or analyze individual user activity.

3. Collection of Non-Identifiable Usage Data
   We may collect aggregated, anonymized usage statistics, download trends, or other administrator data that Office 365 administrators can access. This data does not contain any personally identifiable information or specific user activity.

4. Third-Party Services & Microsoft Privacy Policy
   As Simple Waterfall operates within the Microsoft Power BI ecosystem, any data collected by Microsoft during its use is governed solely by the Microsoft Privacy Policy. We do not control or assume responsibility for data processing by Microsoft or any third-party services.

5. Amendments and Updates
   Datanomy reserves the right to update or amend this Policy at its sole discretion. Any changes shall take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of Simple Waterfall after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
